  • Students can earn a maximum of 7 credits per year. Students wanting to earn more than 7 credits in a year must get prior permission from D1A. Students enrolled 2nd semester only can earn a max of 4 credits.
  • Students cannot earn credits before 9th grade unless they have received permission to do so by the D1A administrators prior to beginning the school year.
  • Students will be given an achievement test each year of grades 9-12 that includes subtests covering math, English, science and reading. To qualify for a Daniel 1 diploma the student must make the minimum score on each subtest at least once during the 4 years.
  • To graduate before age 17, student must have a composite score of 22 on the ACT test.
  • To graduate with honors, student must score at or above the benchmarks on the ACT test. English - 18 / Math - 22 / Reading - 21 / Science - 24 Honors students will be recognized at the graduation ceremony and on the transcript.
  • Transcripts from D1A are unweighted. We do designate any courses taken as dual enrollment.
